Interest in a property and permission for another contact answer different questions. A caller can ask about a listing and decline a callback. This guide is for BPO campaign owners and sales teams designing a respectful follow-up record.
This is a proposed intake and review method. Verify any product action and the owner-approved business rule before making a caller promise.
Keep the fields independent
Do not infer permission from a positive comment, collected number or request for information. Do not infer lack of interest from a declined callback. The business owner must define its approved contact practices and any required records; reviewers check the actual response evidence.
Worked case: interested but declines
Illustrative example: a caller asks about a project price and says they do not want a sales callback. The record can reflect interest in pricing and a declined callback request at the same time. It should route the price question for an approved response without reclassifying the decline.
Review the exact next action
Test accepted, declined, ambiguous and corrected responses. Verify that the receiving team can see the distinction and that a change in the follow-up request is retained. This guide does not provide legal advice or claim an automated consent-control feature.
A little more before you begin.
Does asking about a property grant permission for future campaign calls?
No. Record the question and the caller’s response to a specific follow-up proposal separately, under the business’s approved contact policy.
