Indexing
Wait until processing is complete before testing. Check errors or empty extraction rather than assuming upload means ready.
Grounding
Tell the agent to use approved knowledge for facts and to offer a human follow-up when an answer is unavailable.

Test both known and unknown answers
Compare the spoken answer against the original source.
Known fact
Ask a question with a specific documented answer, then ask the same question in different words.
Missing fact
Ask something the source does not contain. The agent should acknowledge the gap and use its fallback.
Maintenance
Replace stale sources and repeat these checks after each material update.
