## Run a repeatable set of calls

Open Test on the agent. Use Web call for quick voice checks and Phone call for telephone and post-call behavior.

01

### Happy path

Complete the intended job and confirm the summary and captured outputs.

02

### Difficult cases

Try ambiguity, a correction, a missing fact, silence, interruption, a human request, and refusal or opt-out.

03

### Connected actions

Test required tools and transfers, including their failure paths.

## Check the evidence

Use the completed phone-call record to verify what happened.

01

### Conversation

Read the transcript and listen to the recording when available. Find the first point where behavior differs from the intended flow.

02

### Outputs

Compare the outcome and extracted fields against the caller’s final confirmed answers.

03

### Retest

Fix one cause and rerun the failed case plus previously successful scenarios.

## Connect controlled traffic

Switch to Live only after the final saved configuration passes your checks.

01

### Channel

Confirm the inbound phone number or outbound request points to the intended agent.

02

### Small start

Begin with a small controlled set of calls and review each result before increasing traffic.

03

### Rollback

Name the person who can stop traffic. Return to Draft, unassign the number, or pause outbound traffic when a critical issue appears.
