# Fix a lead before it is dialled

PATCH https://server.heyrik.com/api/v1/campaigns/{id}/contacts/{contactId}

## Path parameters

- id (required): Replace {id} in the request URL with the value for this resource.
- contactId (required): Replace {contactId} in the request URL with the value for this resource.

## Headers

Authorization: Bearer $HEYRIK_API_KEY (required). Keep your key on your server.

## Parameters

- phone (string): Corrected number.
- variables (object): Fields to set; send "" or null for a field to remove it.
- priority (number): Higher dials sooner.

## Notes

Only pending leads are worth editing — a lead already called keeps its result.
