# Call performance: totals, per agent, per day

## Headers

Authorization: Bearer $HEYRIK_API_KEY (required). Keep your key on your server.

## Parameters

- days (number): Window size. Default 30.
- from (string): ISO start (use with until) instead of days.
- until (string): ISO end.
- agency_id (string): Narrow to one agent.

## Notes

answer_rate is connected ÷ made. Everything is scoped to your account.
